- I can't believe I wasted so much money and years struggling with my health and weight doing different versions of the same thing when what changed everything was 2 sheets of paper copied out of an old Atkins book.
- Stop telling people they need organic, grass fed, pastured, & wild caught meats & 🥚 Most can't afford 💴 it & it's unnecessary & not mandatory for health improvement & weight loss, most we’re eating & drinking soda,chips candy & grains. Standard 🥩 🍳 🎣 🍗 🥗 is an upgrade!

- 🗣️ Why do you eat the 0% Greek yogurt and low fat cottage cheese? They’re full of fillers and sugars. You have to buy full fat. Me: Where?
- 2005 I joined a gym. Worked out 3x week religiously for 4 years. Ate less & moved more. Got stronger but didn't lose a pound & blood work didn't improve. 2009 went #lowcarb & got even stronger, lost 100# & improved blood work. It wasn't my workout, it was the fucking food.
- The same people that celebrated me for eating 6 big macs in one sitting never said one positive thing when I lost 100 pounds, now they're concerned when I eat 2 steaks in one sitting.
