    Some people hear coaches speak about “loving” the players and roll their eyes. Often it is because they misunderstand the concept. Love isn’t always romantic or an emotional state of being - it can be a commitment to serving another person to help them be their best! ☘️#NDFamily

    Manti Te’o changed my life, and in turn, the lives of my family. We watched the documentary last night and it was difficult to relive the suffering of someone you care for. In the end, his character and his grace are on full display for all to witness. He’s an inspiration.

    As coaches, we enter this profession knowing that transition is inevitable. That is not the case for the players. My main concern is for the guys that have worked so hard to get our team to this point. They are the best part of this job ~ #NDFamily ☘️

    One of the most impressive things about Notre Dame in this playoff run has been the players' obvious belief in the "place" and the culture. They are not a collection of mercenaries. In this new era of college football, it is a powerful weapon. Great win last night by the Irish!

    There have been 133 teams to play football for Notre Dame. This is the 9th group to win 11 games. So proud of this group of young men. They have been a blast to coach! #NDFamily ☘️🏈

    I cannot understand how Kyren Williams was not a finalist for the @DoakWalkerAward and Michael Mayer was not a finalist for the @JohnMackeyAward . These are two of the best in the country at their respective positions.

    I love this play. #27 is @ChaseKetterer5 - he played scout team QB all week and was a big piece of our defense’s preparation. He gets in on KOC and makes a solo tackle. The reaction of our sideline is just awesome! #NDFamily ☘️🏈
