    For those awaiting the results of the July Texas #BarExam, the Board of Law Examiners has said that they expect to release results in mid-October. That is still the best information available. I’ll tweet when I have more details for you!

    I’m honored to announce that @SupremeCourt_TX has issued preliminary rules that will allow licensed paraprofessionals and court access assistants to help low-income Texans with their most common civil legal needs. I have worked with @TexasATJ and its Working Group on this issue
