In the town of Rosewood, a white woman who was cheating on her husband with a woman beater, got caught & lied by saying she was beaten & raped by a black man. Almost every black man in Rosewood was lynched and the town eventually was destroyed. All because of a lie.

Last month I found out my supervisor called my dentist office to verify if I was there or not after questioning the validity of my doctor’s note. Needless to say, I got an apology from her & HR, resigned (today is my last day), & I start my new role Monday 🥂.
