Well, I’ll say this: Nature designed that and she never makes mistakes. That’s exactly how she’s built her eco system to work in your yard. I think it’s beautiful. What I might do is add to it. A beautiful tree in one corner and herbs or flowers in a garden in one section. That space would also THRIVE as a pollinator garden because it’s so safe and undisturbed. If you planted out boxes of even wildflowers at the beginning of each season it would become loaded with hummingbirds and butterflies ;)
