Had a fantastic time visiting Duke's Fuqua School of Business. The atmosphere was incredible, with a wonderful group of professors and students. And of course, the campus and city are stunning. An incredibly positive experience.

Just wrapped up my first trip to the Bay Area—San Francisco and Berkeley—and it was amazing. Loved the lively vibe of both cities, the people, and (of course!) the beautiful UC Berkeley campus. Felt really welcomed by both students and professors.

Finishing my campus tour this year w/ a visit to Chicago, Evanston, and Northwestern. Kellogg Global Hub is undeniably a feat of architecture/engineering—probably the fanciest building I’ve ever been in. Chicago/Evanston are incredible, tho a bit cold for my Carioca standards! 🥶

Yesterday, we concluded the second 2024 edition of Econometrics in Rio at @FGV_EPGE. Needless to say, the conference was an unqualified success, featuring many incredible presentations by outstanding researchers.

The 1st 2024 edition of #Econometrics in Rio concluded yesterday with outstanding presentations by Bernard Salanié, Jean-Marc Robin, Shu Shen, Andrew Chesher, Ivan Canay, Marinho Bertanha, Jack Porter, and Aureo de Paula. As expected, the conference was an absolute success!
