    Special shout-out to Faruq Sulaimon. Faruq is observing Ramadan & has fasted during both of our overnight trips. When asked what he ate overnight, he replied, “like 40 chicken nuggets” Today, he PR’d on all 4 of his triple jumps, finishing with a 38-0.25. Proud of you, Faruq!

    2019 was quite the season for the Bolts 3 Prep Times Qualifiers✅ 15+ All Conference Awards ✅ 8 Event Qualifiers for IHSA State ✅ 4 Events earned All State Awards ✅ 2 School Records Broke✅ Top 25 Finish at the State Meet✅ A historic group we are forever proud of ⚡️⚡️⚡️

    Sophomore Carter Bailitz has had three hurdle practices. We've focused only on the lower body. Before his first hurdle race, I told Carter that I don't care what his arms look like and to only focus on his legs. He followed orders! We will learn arms on Friday ⚡️
