    1/2 In light of the racist incidents at our game yesterday, we have decided as a club to show solidarity with our teammate & withdraw from this Tournament. This is now the 3rd time since we joined @LEAFA_Official that our player has been subjected to racist abuse.....

    I’ve always said that what we’ve done over the last few weeks was for 2 reasons : 1. To raise awareness that sadly racism is still an issue in our game. 2. And also to get support for Pinkie after these incidents. Well, it doesn’t get much better than support from this baller.

    2/2 Anyone who thinks racism is acceptable needs serious help! Idiots are idiots. As for the tournament itself we’ve fuck all to be ashamed about as well, 6 wins from 6 says it all. We look forward to the season starting officially for us in July.

    Would’ve been great to report on a another positive result today, but sadly other events take priority. To once again hear that one of our players was racially abused at our game today is nothing short of disgraceful. What the fuck is wrong with people? Fuming.

    It goes without saying that all the messages of support we’ve received today from all over Scotland has been overwhelming 💙 It’s restored faith in the Fitba community. We’ll continue to strive to do our bit to stamp this out the game, & we’ve no doubt other clubs will follow.

    Would be great for @ScotAmFA to take the sensible approach and leave it up to the sides to decide, because (and I’m not really sticking my neck out here) I’m pretty sure the vast majority would prefer to play their games.

    More supportive messages today for our stance in trying to get people talking about & making a stand against racism in the game. Sadly not all positive messages though. If after learning about the incidents, your first reaction is “aye, but...” then you are part of the problem.
