We are winding down our use of X. Its usefulness as somewhere to promote the podcast is practically zero and it is being run by a person that we cannot endorse or support by continuing to use his platform to its full extent.

We have, once again, asked the club for comment on season ticket price rises - with a specific focus on the following four questions. We also asked these questions last year and the year before and the club declined to comment. #MCFC #ManCity @WeAre1894 @WeAreTheFSA

Hi Harry - it’s because both Ciaran and Nico are City fans, have interesting insight into the club, and we don’t think anyone’s support of the club is made any more or less valid by where they come from or by their accents. Both were excellent this week and will be invited back.

That’s four charity bet wins in a row to start the season! @Jack_Gaughan’s correct prediction of a 3-1 #MCFC win has taken the total for @MCFCfoodbank to £440 already!
    This season, we're again raising money for @MCFCfoodbank on the charity bet. We're currently on £340 so far. Here are today's guesses: WEST HAM vs. #MCFC ⚽️ 1-3 (£100) - @Jack_Gaughan ⚽️ 2-2 (£160) - @ByJamesJones ⚽️ 1-4 (£180) - @RichardTheBurns

As the Premier League returns, we’re supporting @FulhamishPod - and others - encouraging fans to avoid PPV games, with #DontPayTheGame. Football is already expensive and an extra £15 per match not already covered by TV subscriptions is a rip-off at a time when money is tight.

Both Helen and Nic are absolutely qualified to talk about City - there is no difference between this week’s show and any other we’ve done with two fans on the panel. Women don’t needs to be more qualified than men to do the same job.

I don’t mean to be negative but honestly what’s the point of bringing on these female guests to comment on men’s football? It’s one thing if they were qualified somehow but they’re not bringing any insightful analysis. Just seems forced. Good podcast but this episode was trash.
