    It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that everyone involved with Birr GAA Club learned of the sudden passing of our great gael Adrian Cahill. Thoughts and prayers with the Cahill family, Bulfin Park during this dark time. RIP Mongo

    The Cahill family (pictured are Adrian's father Jackie and his brother Gary) were presented with one of Adrian's old Birr jerseys last night by Limerick man David Hurley. David met Adrian for the first time in Whelahan's pub 20 years ago when stopping off after a Limerick match

    2020 has been a testing year, but we could not let it pass without celebrating the 25-year anniversary of our first All-Ireland club SHC title win when Johnny Pilkington led the green and red up the steps of the Hogan Stand to collect the Tommy Moore Cup for the first time. 1/2

    Great news coming from tonight’s Offaly GAA County Board meeting: Following a proposal by county chairman Michael Duignan, the 2023 Offaly SHC final has been fixed for St Brendan’s Park! Well done to all involved in making this a reality 💪💚❤️
