- Replying to @BirgitMarie31-language speaking people don’t get how exhausting speaking in a language not yours for hours on end can be. So imagine fighting with someone in that language… it always feels like they’re one step ahead just cause they can speak from the heart.

- Replying to @peanutbuttercupI’ve studied French for some years- didn’t get a word of what he was saying. He was speaking fast. I think the point is that he wouldn’t have been able to express himself like this in English, meanwhile she’s been perfectly able to express herself all this time.
- Replying to @orbladyNo matter how good her French or his English is, when they’re fighting, one will always have the advantage of being able to speak from the heart. Every time I argue with someone in English, without exception, they never fail to make me feel stupid because they’re more eloquent.
