    The first move dictates the rest of the move. Setting the hip and the coil into the rear hip to bottom out the joint doesn’t have to be a big move but it should be the first move 👍🏼 @SouthernMissSB ⬇️ A couple of weeks work ⬇️

    Fam… They’ve put up with a lot for a long long time. My old life required a lot…on the road and overseas for extended periods of time. Missed games, cheer events, holidays, birthdays… a lot of the most important things. New challenges await… So very thankful for them ❤️❤️❤️❤️
