    And you wonder why college football is considered a cesspool of corruption? What’s it tell you about the soul of a sport in which a player being injured is part of the CFB Playoff criteria, but a coaching staff that cheats (see Michigan) is not part of the selection process?

    Can't believe so many fans are portraying QB recruit Jaden Rashada as "entitled" for leaving UF after his $13 million NIL deal fell through. Question: If you agree to sell your home for $13 million and the buyer doesn't deliver the cash, are you "entitled" for nixing the deal?

    Judging by all of the rumors and "reports" out there, UCF is on the verge of hiring  Lincoln Riley, Scott Frost, Jamey Chadwell, Dan Mullen, Jimbo Fisher, Jon Gruden, Bill Belichick, Stan Van Gundy, Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Forghorn Leghorn.

    Can somebody explain how a Spanish teenager (see FSU hoops recruit Baba Miller) gets a 16-game suspension for unknowingly breaking NCAA rules while an NCAA title-winning basketball coach (see Bill Self ) is serving a four-game suspension for knowingly running a dirty program?

    Trevor Etienne: 11 carries for 38 yards in a 23-10 loss to Notre Dame. Not sure Georgia got its NIL money's worth for the third (or fourth) best running back on Gators' roster. Just sayin.

    Early in the season, we were talking about the potential of UF's Anthony Richardson, Miami's Tyler Van Dyke and UCF's John Rhys Plumlee, but, for my money, FSU's Jordan Travis has emerged as the best college quarterback in Florida.

    The Jacksonville Jaguars are coming to Orlando! The Jags have made the decision to play the 2027 season in Orlando, not Gainesville, while their stadium in Jax is being renovated. Now the league owners just need to rubber-stamp it. Here's my column:
