- 10U baseball... All for the love of a t shirt ladies and gentlemen. 114 pitches is child abuse plain and simple. So if someone from their organization has a beef with me calling them out “so what.” Unreal 10U baseball is out of control.

- Thursday vs. Today Blessed to be recovering from emergency appendectomy surgery Thursday night. Pain started at 12:30 am & was admitted to ER for about 14.5 hours till I was wheeled back at 9:45 pm. Thx you to all the amazing people who sent prayers & positivity. Blessed

00:00 - I wrote this last night. Deleted it. Woke up, prayed & even wrote my feelings down. Yet, Im still very upset with the state of affairs in our game. A black man can own/operate/coach & lead young men to play “our game” the “Right Way.” It’s 2022 & what I got my degrees in.
- TJ's surgery was successful. Full Slap tear of the labrum was the "bad news.” Good news from Doc was it went very well. TJ is in recovery room. Will be discharged soon & the road to getting back on the diamond starts Monday! Blessed to have had Dr. Takenishi!(Giants Doc)
- Today I have officially entered the Fan Portal as I have written the @Athletics my reasons for being done after 41 years of faithfulness. Leaning toward just following my National League childhood favorites @Braves but will hear offers. (Except from @SFGiants & @Dodgers)
