Any organisation, like Gianna "Care", which targets people in crisis pregnancies for the purpose of obstructing their access to a legal right, can only be considered a #RogueAgency. Regulation is urgently required @DonnellyStephen! For safe help, contact www2.hse.ie/unplanned-preg…

Ireland passed its Gender Recognition Act in 2015 and has had self-ID for gender recognition certificates for years, with no reports of harm to anyone.

That doesn't sit well with some UK opponents of trans rights, who need a moral panic to oppose the introduction of self-ID there.

What's happening here now is imported transphobia, carefully manipulated and weaponised.

We shouldn't buy into it.

Gender-neutral toilets also installed in most new houses. I've had them in mine for years.

In the end, it wasn’t Conor McGregor who showed the world what it means to be a fighter. It was Nikita Hand. #ConorMcGregorIsARapist

On this day 21 years ago, I gave birth to a stillborn baby boy, and not a day since has passed that I haven't thought about him, and wondered what might have been. They say time heals all wounds but that's not really true. You just learn to live with the scars. Marking the day.

Today, my Dad tested positive for Covid. He is almost 91, has dementia and is very frail. He is now facing into ten days of isolation, which he simply will not understand. I don't mind telling you, I'm frightened. This thing has not gone away. Please wear your masks.

19 years ago today, my son was stillborn in the National Maternity Hospital. A nun there told us that a Catholic funeral would not be allowed for an unbaptised baby. It broke his grandparents' hearts. Keep religious "ethos" well away from the new hospital. #MakeNMHOurs

To all you ghouls who couldn't wait to share the news that the attacker was a foreign national: you made Dublin burn tonight. My daughter is terrified and under lockdown in her uni. Shamefully, one of my neighbours is complicit in this. We will have words.
