- This is the most amazing thing I have ever seen with my own eyes. A dog went out on the ice and fell through at Trout Lake and without hesitating this woman went out in the water breaking the ice with her hands and rescued the dog!?! It wasn't even her d⦠ift.tt/2GEUVac

I have a little video from it that I will post as soon as I get warm and calm down a bit. What a hero. Community supporter her and got her in a warm bath and called 911.
- basically saying don't expect drivers not to kill you... be prepared to dive for safety at all times.

- Replying to @amyobrian and @kainagataYeah I don't know her. We actually went back and looked for her van later but they were gone. She seemed to be French Canadian based on her accent. Don't know if she lived here or was passing through. First time I've seen her or her dogs at the park. Glad she was there!
