    A successful “Save the Caps” campaign in 1982 ensured struggling #ALLCAPS franchise would survive. Dick Patrick arrived. GM David Poile & blockbuster Rod Langway deal soon followed With win last night, @Capitals now have more wins than any franchise in the 37+ years since

    This Date @Capitals History (June 21, 2008): #ALLCAPS select Braden Holtby in RD4 (93rd overall) in 2008 #NHLDraft. Holtby was 10th goalie taken in his draft class. Decade later, Holtby has more wins(225) and shutouts(32) than the 9 goalies taken ahead of him *combined* (220; 21)
