- Following yesterday's announcement by the FA, we are pleased to welcome our 'supporters' and 'groundhoppers' back for our remaining friendly at home this Saturday and the start of our league campaign on Saturday, 5th September. Social distancing measures still apply in place.The FA will today issue updated guidance for a phased return for some fans at steps 3-6. Feeder Leagues (Step 7) are now allowed to have spectators under the old ‘guidelines for grassroots football’. Steps 1-2 are considered ‘Elite Sport’ and are still unable to have fans.
