    As construction continues at the Hudson’s Site, Bedrock’s most ambitious project to date, we are excited to share brand new renderings featuring an updated tower design. At 912 feet, plans include 1.4 million sq. ft of retail, office, hotel, residential units and public space.

    We are excited to announce that H&M will open its first Detroit location in the historic Woodward Avenue shopping district in Fall 2019. The store will become Bedrock's largest retailer, totaling 25,000 square feet, spanning across three Albert Kahn-designed store fronts.

    The Michigan Strategic Fund has provided final approval for Bedrock to proceed with $2.15B in new investments for four projects in Downtown Detroit. The projects will create 22,000 jobs and include the Hudson’s Site, Monroe Blocks, Book Building and Tower and One Campus Martius.

    Aretha Franklin had an affinity for the color pink, gracing stages in pink gowns and singing about ridin' on the Freeway of Love in her pink Cadillac. In remembrance, Bedrock & others are lighting buildings in pink each night until Aug. 31 to show respect for the Queen of Soul.
