Can someone, anyone, explain to me how this is interference at third base? I'm looking for an answer other than "ESPN and the NCAA wants the overall 1-seed from the SEC to advance over the mid-major."
Please donate to charities like Samaritan’s Purse instead of the American Red Cross, who has a LONG history of deceptively using donations for administrative purposes instead of for a particular disaster from 9/11 to Haiti. The local chapters have a long history of mismanagement
I see people claiming Liberty refused to travel because of the weather and that's why the game was canceled. I see people saying App State refused to move the game and that's why it was canceled.
Just stop. People are suffering right now. Pray for them.
Rule 1-7-b-5 states, "Once the batter-runner reaches first base, they shall then use only the
white base." I get the other intricacies of the rules concerning the double first base, but this one is just stupid.
BTW, I should have said obstruction instead of interference. The field crew called the runner out when she ran outside the basepath. Video replay called it obstruction and said the runner was safe at 3B.
I get what you are saying but it looks to me like the fielder only pushes the runners hands off because the runner has her hands all over the fielder’s glove.
List of blown calls:
1. DPI non-call against Oregon that ended Liberty’s second drive
2. Kick catch interference
3. DPI against LU in end zone
4. DPI down has against LU
5. Facemask flag picked up
6. Facemask not called
7. Interception
How many blown/missed calls by the refs have gone against Liberty? 7? 8?
How many against Oregon? Zero.
Oregon has more talent everywhere. No G5 can win when the refs tip the scales.
I love the atmosphere that @CoachChadwell has created. Freeze’s teams were always just the football players and staff. Chadwell’s team is the whole school. Chadwell will create the larger and more involved fan base necessary to ascend to P5.
