    Jim Penders & his @UConnBSB staff have done more w/ less for longer than anyone in America This '22 job may be their best yet, replacing 7 position starters, 3 rotation arms & 4 in bullpen. And they did it w/o two-in-one stud Reggie Crawford. On to Super

    If you start treating every set in the weight room with the mindset of your coach telling you “last hitter/ inning” you’ll start working at a capacity you didn’t think was physically possibly. Every competitor knows the feeling on the mound where it’s time to empty the tank.

    I’ve always felt indifferent about the saying “worry about yourself(your game) and not others” Athletes cross a line obsessing over another but understanding what your “opponent” is doing allows you to gain knowledge, which gives you an advantage to meet your goals/be prepared.
