Yesterday I joined other veterans for a parachute jump onto DZ 'k', Normandy. The very same DZ that British Forces landed on on 6/6/44. Our jump into Sannerville marked the 80th anniversary of D-Day. This was my small homage to our forebears who gave everything for us on those

My first day in Parliament. The next week will be filled with inductions, introductions and planning. I suspect half of this time may be taken up with me getting lost navigating the corridors of Parliament... Once done, I can't wait to get back to representing the amazing

Yesterday was very somber and humbling . I visited Sword beach, one of the two British beach landing sites, took in a small ceremony and witnessed a flying by of c-130 Hercules, courtesy of the USAF. #WeWillRememberThem

Lots of teams out for @BayoAlaba in Southend this morning. This was my team in Westcliffe-on-Sea. The candidate is jumping out of an airplane as part of the D-Day commemorations in Normandy! Lots of support for him here.
