    For 54.5 minutes, Baylor controlled this game. They outscored UT 17-6. But 4.5 minutes that saw UT score 17 points costs Baylor. The Bears played their hearts out and had a chance to win on the road against a top-AP team. It was right there.

    Terrell Bernard is the Sugar Bowl MVP. He had 17 tackles, 2 sacks, and a pass broken up. Incredible performance from the senior linebacker.

    Baylor fans should hold their heads high. They took a very good Oklahoma team down to the wire, with their third string QB, and fell just a little short. Incredible. Bears are an LSU victory tonight away from the Sugar Bowl.
