- The LEGACY this man has created at BHS is tremendous. Championships are great, but the mentoring these kids receive is even greater! Congrats Coach McGriff on being named the Dairy Farmers Coach of the Year. The support our programs receive in Bartow is unmatched, who’s NEXT?
- Freddie Stevenson, was a dominate force for BHS, 4* recruit that picked the NOLES and became a National Champion @ FSU. Went from being homeless to a shot at the NFL with the Bears. Now, he shares his story to inspire others, Jackets, go buy his book! What a LEGACY, who’s NEXT?
- MaxPreps currently ranks our Jackets #17.....IN THE NATION! I guess this McGriff fellow is going to work out. 😂
- A sneak peak of the new weight room that’s being built as part of the Legacy/NEXT campaign. Brand new academic buildings, brand new athletic facilities. Yep, it's good to be a BARTOW YELLOW JACKET!!!
- TWO Bartow legends to be inducted on June 14th to the Polk County Sports Hall of Fame. Congrats Tom Thornburg and Coach Haggins!

- Congrats Coach on being named the Head Coach of Lincoln Memorial University! J-Frog as we know him in Bartow, was the floor general for the 2010 State Championship team. Yet another outstanding LEGACY. As of today he’s NEXT!!
- If 2010 is toooooo “old school”, how about the 2020 Champs? Repeat would be oh so sweet. GO TOW!
