- It gets worse; they arrested him for resisting arrest when he asked for their badge information and names. He is demanding a jury trial. Apparently the qualification to become a cop in that particular jurisdiction is “fog a mirror”. Sheesh.
- Replying to @walden400 and @BrandonStrakaYes, in the DC Gulag, as it is colloquially known. Judges have found many creative reasons to suspend “tolling” as it relates to a speedy trial.
