- Ok, here it is. Employers are not paying payroll taxes on the approximately 300,000 J-1 visas issued every year. The J-1 scam might be even bigger than H-1B.
- The Supreme Court rules that spouses of H-1B visa holders can work. Youth unemployment is at 10.5%. H-1B is a joke and a slap in the face of every working American.
