- My folks bought their home in both their names. Dads now gone. Mom has to pay R60000 to transfer HER house to her name. I will never get over the crookery. At least they got insurance to cover that. But still.

- The clip I posted of Jackson, I filmed at SONA, on the 16th of February 2018. When I saw him move toward the choir, I immediately whipped out my phone knowing I had struck gold. I can't stress enough, no matter what your politics, he was a good man.
- Verwoerd really did a number on us. Convinced us that being less than White, but more than Black was okay. That mentality remains in many Coloured communities today. What Gatvol doesn't get, is that their plight, is the plight of Black communities country-wide. Coloured=Black.
- Oh ja. I saw a Coloured Karen in Plumstead on Monday. Told the security man at Spar she can't cover her nose with a mask because of her medical condition. Uncle then told her if she has a medical condition she must stay home. 😂

- Why do people still ask, "How could she have depression, she looked so happy." Listen, I am the poster child for happiness. I laugh (very loud), I smile, I dance wherever I go, I crack jokes. And yet, the darkness consumes me daily. Its hard. Its a hard, hard road.

- A lady just came on Twitter to ask what the back story is to that White adult strangling a Black kid at the pool. I was about to respond and say “Jirre Paula!?” But someone else responded with “the back story is 1652!” 👍🏽
