    Minā is a base location during the Ḥajj. The Ḥajj commences here and also concludes here. This is a land which is practically empty the rest of the year. However, during the Ḥajj, millions converge and occupy the tent city at Minā. Minā is a very blessed space.

    The ṭawāf begins at the black stone. Tradition confirms that sins get transferred from the pilgrim to the stone, thus the believer becomes pure and free from sin. Therefore, the ṭawāf commencement is a reminder to be constant in repentance.

    Without loving the Prophet Muḥammad, our love for God is deficient. Love of the Prophet is integral to completing īmān (faith)
