    @josh_holloman crushed his average velocity today. Josh has worked so hard this off-season and has gained over 10 MPH on his average fastball since early May 2018. This kid is competitive and will battle anybody-some college is going to get lucky.#byoungpt #byoungsportsscience

    The majority of most players career isn’t spent in game or on the mound. It’s spent working on the craft. Practice, pens, strength training etc. What we do in those moments factor into our game performance. Getting those routines right and attacking them with effort is huge.

    Huge congratulations to @PaulGervase1 on his commitment to LSU! Paul has made tremendous strides in our program, from several years of hard work. Going from topping out at 80 MPH to 97 MPH. Huge stepping stone for this young man to continue to pursue his dream 🔥
