Just wanted to let people know despite my lack of instagrams and snapchats, I did workout everyday this week. Also threw. Just thought leaving my phone in my coat would be more efficient for performance.

I am so fired up to be part of the team!We have finalized our coaching staff under Stephen Vogt, promoting Rouglas Odor to Infield Coach, Brad Goldberg to Bullpen Coach, and hiring Kai Correa to Major League Field Coordinator. Craig Albernaz has been named the Bench Coach. #ForTheLand
- I would like to issue a public apology to group one of our Batting Practice. My BP the other day was absolutely terrible. It has been weighing on me - I sucked & it won’t happen again. It’s batting practice, not taking practice.
- The day a pitcher truly realizes they don’t have to feel perfect or have their best stuff to have success - is a significant step in their development/career.
- The thing that separates the Cleveland Indians organization from other orgs is not that their pitchers have nastier stuff.. everyone has big time stuff in the show. The readiness & level of preparation from service day 1 is so consistent - that is not normal. Tremendous stuff.
- Patently false.Chris Mortensen of ESPN on the air talking about Justin Fields mechanics and teams concerns. Mortensen on the air saying Fields mechanics could be off because he was going back and forth at OSU from football to baseball and started talking Fields as a baseball prospect. What?????
- Pitching staff learning mound maintenance - taking ownership of their home! Big thanks to our Matt Boll & our grounds crew for taking time out of their schedule to teach our guys what it takes to keep our slopes maintained.
