    Our Dog (Charlie) 🐶 sadly passed away a few days ago. He passed away in our arms as we cuddled him. His last sight was us holding him close. You never know what you have got until it’s gone. He was the most loyal and best companion 💔

    Delighted to be accepted on to the ECB Specialist Course Programme (Level 4 Elite) which starts next month. This something I have strived and worked hard towards for a long time so I’m extremely proud to be accepted on. Can’t wait to get started 🙏 🏏📚💻🧠

    Picture 1 was from exactly 1 year ago today. I was 113.3kgs (17.8 stone) Oli was just a few weeks old. It was after seeing myself in this picture I decided to make a big change because I didn’t like the way i was. Today I’m 87.2kgs (13.7 stone) Feel much better for it.
