- Tuesday was my 200th win at BVN. Thanks to our administration and parents for the celebration tonight. Happy to share that with my family too. They are the best! Also thankful to all the great players, coaches and parents who have been a part of the program.
00:00- Coach Sikes left a lasting impact on myself, our staff and so many players at BVN in just a couple short years on our staff. He always inspired me to be a better person and role model. He cared deeply about others. Steph is right, we truly lost a great man and he will be missed.
- Mustangs win 71-63 over Lawrence. Next up the championship game on Sat at 2:00 vs either Campus or Lawrence Free State. #UnfinishedBusiness
00:00- Hard fought 63-62 win in overtime vs BVNW. I’m proud of how our guys competed and made some big plays down the stretch. Back at it next week with 2 homes games vs Aquinas and BVSW.
- Congrats to @AndrewOrr11 on being named 1st Team All EKL. Andrew averaged 15 points and 6.5 rebounds while shooting 70% from the field. I’ve loved coaching Andrew because he always plays hard and is such a positive teammate. He’s going to do great things at Washburn next year.
- The players got a visit from Royals outfielder Alex Gordon before the game. Appreciate him coming to talk to the team. Had some great words of advice on work ethic, preparation, handling adversity and more. Lessons I’m sure they will be able to use this season and beyond.
- SM East Tourney champs! Great team win tonight over SM East 56-33. Proud of how hard the guys played and executed the game plan. Thanks to all the fans and students who came out to support us. #WithEachOtherForEachOther
- Sub State Champs! 61-49 win over Blue Valley. Back and forth in the 4th quarter and so proud of how the guys kept their poise and made some big time plays! We host SMNW on Monday at 6:00.

- Mustangs are heading to Wichita for the state tournament!! 59-48 win over BV High. Love this team and so glad we get one more week together. Pairings and times will be out on Sunday AM. #RunAsOne
