This summer our guys are calling pitches on their own, stealing bases on their own, and have the green-light in every count. If something they do doesn’t result in a successful outcome, then we talk about what they saw. Creating ownership + raising Baseball IQ = Growth

My sanctuary this morning. I find a lot of peace on the baseball field, especially early in the morning. Thankful for opportunities to be still and hear from the Lord on a field where we compete, chase dreams, and have some heartbreaks. Full circle. 🤙🏼⚾️

I want to get a bunch of coaches together, and we will go to parents’ places of work and yell unwarranted advice at them for a few hours, even if we don’t know anything about their work! 😂🤷🏼‍♂️ that’s how it works, right??
