Advice to parents…your kid is already putting enough pressure on themselves to perform. So, please stop yelling instructions from the stands. Then, after the games…tell them that you love watching them play, without any critique. You and your kid will benefit from both.

My thoughts out on the recruiting trail today...To the players...Please don’t put so much pressure on being “seen” or being “recruited”, that u forget to enjoy the game. The right “fit” will happen if u enjoy the moment.

Showing more softball on tv=coverage. Coverage=more viewership. More viewership=more revenue. Turn on your tv when women’s softball is being shown and let’s keep moving forward.

Div. 3, Div. 2, Div. 1, NAIA, or JUCO is an OPPORTUNITY! An opportunity to be proud of! Someone believes in you enough to LET you be a part of their Team/their Family!!! Take pride in this opportunity regardless of what others may think. You have accomplished so much to get here!

I’ve been hearing about 2022’s being completely stressed out about their futures. Here is my advice for them. #hardworkpaysoff

Takeaways from 1st weekend out... 1. I appreciate the athletes’ willingness to play through all conditions 2. If a teammate tries to give u a “high 5”, do not blow them off or give them the back of ur hand 3. Parents, let ur kids play, don’t try to coach them from the stands

As we approach the September 1st date, I feel it’s important to say to prospects to not stress so much on that day. Things will work out the way they are supposed to. There is a place for everyone that continues to stay positive and put in the work. Stay calm and stay persistent

Humble advice on a Sunday morning…Athletes, make a habit of thanking those that help you get to/pay for tournaments, practices, lessons, etc. It is a privilege to be able to do these things. An attitude of gratitude will go a long way!
