Surprises me that more college administrators don’t search harder for coaches that excel with limited resources. The “sexy” hire usually wins out. Hidden gems everywhere that need a shot!

- Officially a #GirlDad! Briar Ann Sandquist was born on May 6th at 1:07 PM. She weighs 7 pounds 2.5 ounces and is 21 3/4 inches long. Mom was a rockstar, and both her and baby are doing great!
- I’m sorry but this shouldn’t be a applauded… These are moments he will miss and never get back. Surprised his HC didn’t step in and tell him to stay home. Stop normalizing this type of mentality in our industry, when it should be the exact opposite!Can we all take a second and applaud K-State assistant coach Ulric Maligi. He and his wife gave birth to their second child on Thursday but Ulric has been traveling across the country since yesterday recruiting with K-State’s staff. No days off.

- Last night our freshman starting PG had 5 points, 8 assists and 2 steals in a conference championship winning game. This morning at 7 AM he’s back in the gym with one of our GA’s putting in work! Side Note: He does this 3-4 times a week regularly. #HiddenHours
