- Replying to @BLACKLOTUSTACJust to clarify I believe the truck driver acted in self defense. 1) the man whom exited his vehicle was blocking his route of escape and even if he could drive away the immediate proximity of the threat negated a safe retreat 2) the assailant (green shirt) had his firearm
