Sad news about Ced Benson I remember my time in Chicago he was one of few who befriended me. NFL can be lonely place when you’re new and a fringe practice squad guy. He would invite me to hang at his house and give me rides to and from practice bc of our Texas roots, RIP real one

One last thing. Enough with all the “Beard left Texas Tech basketball in better shape than when he got here” talk.. Bullshit. It’s an insult to Keenan Evans, Zach Smith, Justin Grey, Norense Odiase. Guys who were already here, who stayed loyal, and took this program to Elite 8
