Commerce is adding entities in the People’s Republic of China (PRC) to Entity List for supporting military modernization, specifically the People’s Liberation Army’s aerospace programs including airships, balloons, and related components. More here: federalregister.gov/d/2023-03193

1/2 Marine vessels, including recreational watercraft, require a license to Russia effective 2/24/2022. Commerce's Office of Export Enforcement detained this watercraft, which was destined for Russia, for failure to acquire the required license.
