- Don't be "rash" when looking at this punch biopsy of a foot rash from a 52M patient. You might miss early patch-stage Kaposi sarcoma! Immunostain is HHV8. The patient was later determined to be HIV-positive. #pathology #dermpath

- Thigh mass. Cellular myxoid lesion with curvilinear vessels. Low-grade myxofibrosarcoma? Nope, not enough atypia! Low-grade fibromyxoid sarcoma? Nope, MUC4 was negative. This is a nice example of a cellular myxoma. Benign, unlike LGFMS and LG myxofibrosarcoma. #pathology #BSTpath
