- GIRLS BB: Northwestern coach Kathie Layden says she has coached her final game. She retires with a 203-65 record in 11 years at NW, a 385-165 record in 23 years overall, and 5 state championships. A huge congrats to Kathie, one of the best coaches of all-time.
