- Definitly Red has been retired. Red will have a home for life with @robbo1107 who has ridden & looked after him since he joined us. We, along with owners Phil & Julie Martin have been honoured to have had such a wonderful horse. He has given us all so much pleasure...
- Gutted to be brought down in the Gold Cup but very happy to say Red is ok. A little battered & bruised but lives to fight another day. Not the same can be said for Invitation Only. We spare a thought for all connections whose horses did not come home.
- Photo of Red having a pick of grass after the National taken by @robbo1107 He pulled up two out. He's absolutely fine😃❤️
- But probably the best sight of the day was Definitly Red coming back ok after his fall. @robbo1107 said he seemed fine afterwards and we'll see how he is this next week

- Very proud of The Mackem Bullet. 6th in the @BreedersCup Juvenile Fillies Turf. The ground went against us but she didn’t disgrace herself. We've enjoyed a fantastic journey. We wish her all the very best for the future. Thank you everyone for your support.
- Fair Loch has been retired following his fall at Huntingdon yesterday. It was great to see Henry Brooke leading him back. He has come back ok. He is a real favourite in the yard and will spend the rest of his days here at Spring Cottage Stables.
- We are absolutely devastated Cianciana suffered a fatal injury at @CheltenhamRaces yesterday. She enjoyed an incredible first season over hurdles & we were looking forward to more to come. She won 4 races & was placed 8 times in her short career. Totally gutted.
- Absolutely thrilled with Sam's Adventure winning the @Vertemam Eider Handicap Chase @NewcastleRaces under a great ride by Henry Brooke yesterday. Delighted for everyone concerned. And great work by the team at home. Sam is fine this morning & will have a holiday now..
