We have added paramedics in 7 more ambulances & 2 supervisor vehicles to help address call volumes after many staff reached out and offered to come in.
As we respond to the incident at E. 41st Ave & Fraser we see some delays in our lower mainland response for lower acuity calls. If you aren’t sure if you need paramedics tonight, please call 811. We appreciate your patience as we respond to those who need help the most first.

John is one of the many paramedics out tonight making their way through snowy streets to get their patients safely to hospital. A special thanks to John and everyone else out working this chilly evening to keep us all safe.
