- It is well documented that school closings in BCSC are rare.Some attribute it to being #bulldogtough, others incorrectly think I don’t fully consider student safety. Regardless, ignoring inappropriate, immature posts, there are some creative & humorous posts.Tonight’s winner
- As some have noted, a snow day in Brownsburg is rare but they do happen from time-to-time. We are still Bulldog Tough along with being smart and safe too. Almost as important is humor and there have been some good ones over the years. Here is today’s top choice so far.
- The Sound of Brownsburg performs in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade. I’m so proud of our dedicated students and directors. Outstanding performance! #MacysParade @BrownsburgBands
00:00 - I am often asked why, especially during these times of division over issues related to COVID, why/how I serve as superintendent. There are many reasons,but none captured so powerfully than this one Friday evening. I 💜 our students and staff.
- Great start—the students have been incredible, even our kindergarten students, wearing their masks. Thank you parents for stressing the importance of wearing masks. We truly are all in this together.
- The buses are rolling. The 2020-2021 school year is underway. We are excited to see all our students!
- So, just to make it clear, our BHS girls basketball team—the same team playing for a state championship on Saturday, came out tonight to cheer on the middle school teams. Yes, they are that awesome! @bhsdogsghoops @bhsdogs #specialgroup #culturebuilders
- Congratulations Class of 2021! In a year when others were not in school, were online or a hybrid format, you were here everyday working hard to accomplish your goals. We are very proud of you!
- BCSC will be closed Thursday, February 3, 2022.
- Congratulations to our senior @BburgTennis student/athletes who were playing in the state finals earlier today and returned this afternoon to graduate. This group made history as the first to make the IHSAA tennis finals.
- Plan approved today by Co Health Com. School starts for students July 30. It will be in person with appropriate safety measures. Online option available for students w/ medical conditions preventing return to school &/or those who are not yet ready. More info coming 6/17
