- Howard basketball transfer Dom Campbell has committed to UCF to play football. Campbell is a 6’9”, 268 lbs TE/OT who also spent time playing basketball at Notre Dame. Intriguing add for Scott Frost.
- UTSA has gotten Damari Monsanto (Wake) Primo Spears (FSU) Paul Lewis (Vanderbilt) Jaquan Scott (Miss St) Jesus Carralero (Missouri) Raekwon Horton (JMU) Tai’Reon Joseph (20 ppg Southern) Smurf Millender, Sky Wicks, Jo Smith (mm starters) But I was told they were going 4-30!Wake Forest transfer Damari Monsanto has committed to UTSA and new coach Austin Claunch. Monsanto averaged 13.3 points two years ago for Wake.
- UMBC transfer Marcus Banks Jr. recently visited UMass. Banks averaged 16.6 points, 4.2 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game this season. Made 107 3s on the season (15th in the country) on 41.8%.
- Drake, the team that plays the second LEAST bench minutes in the country, just won AT Bradley with 44 bench points and only 20 from the starters. Tavion Banks had 19, and freshman Isaia Howard showed lots of potential. Big win for the Bulldogs after two straight losses.

- South Alabama point guard Myles Corey has got to be one of the most fun players in the country to watch. And by the way since he came from the NAIA, he can come back for another year next year.

- Denver transfer Sebastian Akins on his Vanderbilt visit. Akins averaged 12.7 points, 2.2 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game, and was the Summit freshman of the year. Would give Vanderbilt a high volume shot taker they currently lack. Akins recently also visited St. Joseph’s.
- Cal State Bakersfield transfer Jemel Jones recently visited New Mexico State. Jones is one of the highest volume shot takers in the country, and averaged 18.9 points in 26.8 minutes, in addition to 3.6 rebounds and 2.1 assists per game. Had a 45 point game this season.
- Indiana transfer Kanaan Carlyle recently visited UAB. The former top 50 recruit averaged 4.0 points this year, and previously also played at Stanford. UAB is in his final three schools, along with FAU and McNeese.
- UNC Asheville transfer Jordan Marsh recently visited Fresno State. Averaged 18.8 points, 4.2 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 2.0 steals this year. Was selected to the first team All-Big South. Two years of eligibility left.
- High Point transfer Kezza Giffa is currently visiting Seton Hall. Averaged 14.6 points, 2.5 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game this season. Was named to the All-Big South First Team the past two seasons.
- Delaware State transfer Kaseem Watson recently visited UTEP. Averaged 15.5 points, 5.8 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game this year in a breakout sophomore season after transferring from Cal State Bakersfield.
