Tourists: Welcome to Nashville, a Covid hotspot that has just suffered a terror attack. Here are just a few suggestions to keep the locals from loathing you. 1. Our fresh sites of tragedy are open crime scenes, not exciting backdrops for your selfies. Stay out!

Watching Republicans ruin Williamson County has been one of the most remarkable things to me. It had the best schools. It felt safe. All they had to do was just sit back and take the credit, but now they’ve got armed idiots downtown and Moms for Liberty in their libraries.

The problem as I see it is that the cherry trees are emblematic of a lot of what is making Nashville unhappy. Over and over, we’re supposed to give up things we can enjoy for free so that we can have the “economic impact” of whatever necessitates the destruction of the free

I still contend that one simple thing we could do is require everyone who owns a gun to carry liability insurance on it. Then let the insurance companies loose.

I’m sorry. Did a Tennessee Republican just sexually harass grieving mothers?!

Also, it makes me so mad that the police spokesperson was all “well, the girlfriend was having some kind of mental health event when she told us about the bombs.” No shit? Discovering your boyfriend is building bombs could make a person have a breakdown.

Well, my dad has staged a feminist revolt at McKendree Village. They have a yearly boy’s night out where they go to Hooters and my dad told them it was demeaning to women, embarrassing that old men wanted to go make eyes at women young enough to be their granddaughters and that
