at the end of the day you cant AND SHOULDN'T control other people. but what you CAN control is how you spend that energy. whether it's to invest in others that show up or invest in introspection and things you can do to nuture your own growth.. there are other options if needbe

i truly do believe that sometimes there's no "fault" to be had. sometimes we cope with needs not being met by internalizing and thinking its our fault or shortcoming, but that's not always the case. sometimes the chemistry is just not there, and it's ok when that happens.

Nervous but I wanted to share with you guys. I'm 4'11" and started pushing 180lbs, depressed, pre-diabetic. Now about 4 months later I've reached my soft goal of 145 and my blood sugar is back to normal 🥹 just 15lbs to go for my big end goal..
