- Just want to say Thank you to @RoyalRavens I learnt a lot over the 2 seasons I was there. They’ve been nothing but great to me, definitely wasn’t how We wanted this year to go especially with how we started but can only move forward 🏃♂️

- Been actively tryna lose weight for the last 3 1/2 months, going gym eating a little better. Lost around 30 pounds obviously not the end goal but we keep it moving…. 🤝
