An inclusive, welcoming and happy school serving the community of Goldthorpe, Barnsley.
- Due to the number of teaching staff unable to get into school because of flooding, school will close today Friday 8th November and reopen on Monday as normal. Thank you for your patience at this time.
- Due to flood risks and the potential difficulty for teaching staff to get into school, we are planning to open at 10am tomorrow: Friday 8 November 2019. Please check for further updates in the morning.

- We are ready to welcome children who need to attend school tomorrow if both parents are working to help combat Covid19. Please remember the advice is that it’s safer for children to remain at home. Whilst staff will be happy to see them, we need to keep all our community safe.
- Mr Child is very proud of the new school mini bus!
- School will be open to all year groups tmrw, Weds 4 March. Our IT provider has not yet fixed the problem-we will keep you updated. Food will be available, but will need to be paid for via ParentPay when the system is fixed. Thank you for your support.
- Due to issues with our computer systems we are going to have to close the school today for safeguarding reasons. Apologies for the inconvenience this causes.
