- We are currently experiencing a technical issue which is intermittently impacting access to our mobile app and website for some of our customers. We are working on resolving this as quickly as possible and apologise to our customers for any inconvenience caused.
- Customers, we’re currently experiencing intermittent issues with our mobile app and online banking website, this issue is also impacting our telephone lines. We’re working hard to resolve these issues & will update you as soon as possible, apologies for any inconvenience caused.
- For customers experiencing difficulty using our app, we are working on restoring this urgently. Customers experiencing delays when sending or receiving SEPA payments, we expect this to be resolved for the majority shortly. Apologies again for any inconvenience caused.
