    In solidarity with Haya Adam from @soaslibzone, I promised I would 🔥 my Masters certificate from @SOAS if she was expelled. They have chosen to unfairly punish her, so I don’t want to be associated with a uni that markets decoloniality while punishing those who practice it.

    Bismillah. A 🧵 on my latest stop by the police coming into the UK. I had just returned from a work trip and was stopped for 4.5 hours. From the outset I was reminded that I was not under any suspicion, but that was only the start of what quickly descended into parody

    We must continue to point out the importance of the ways in which words are used to demonise Palestinians. The BBC reports that 150 Palestinian captives are to be released as part of the 4 -day pause, but insists on referring to them as 'teenagers' rather than children.

    These former Prime Ministers represent an unbroken chain of neoliberalism that has damaged our society in ways that are irreparable. They have privileged the wealthy at the cost of the poor, to the extent have nationals queuing up for free food and for a place to keep warm
